Hiring from abroad?

  • Wise, Payoneer, or international bank transfer (SWIFT) in USD, GBP, or EUR. 50% on signing, 50% on final delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Direct wire for larger projects. I take care of any on-my-side tax — you pay the invoice amount.

  • No outgoing VAT or sales tax on my invoices to clients outside Pakistan. You may have reverse-charge VAT obligations in your own jurisdiction (common in the EU + UK) — that's a few minutes of your accountant's time, not a barrier.

  • I send a short fixed-scope agreement (1–2 pages) within 48h of our discovery call. Happy to sign your mutual NDA or my mutual NDA template before any product details are shared. IP transfers to you on final invoice payment.

  • UTC+5. I overlap with UK + EU from ~9am–1pm GMT (full European morning), and with US-East from ~7am–11am EST (their start of day). I'm flexible — I've done early-morning Karachi calls to catch US-West when needed.

  • Yes — that's the default. I drop into your Slack + Figma + Notion for the duration of the engagement and work alongside your engineers. I write the dev handoff specs myself and stay in your Slack for the first 2 weeks of build.

  • I'm in Karachi full-time but travel for important kickoffs and milestone reviews. Just budget for flights + accommodation separately — I'll quote the all-in cost transparently.

  • I've shipped in crypto/Web3 (Enrichplay — responsive crypto product), mental health (Take Therapy — UX audit), e-commerce (Painted Juttay — hand-painted juttis), fintech, SaaS, and AI. If you're in a regulated industry (healthcare, financial services) I'll bring relevant patterns from past projects.
