Pricing questions.

• Why a range and not a fixed price?+

  Scope drives price. A 2-screen landing page sprint isn't the same as auditing a 40-screen product. After the discovery call I send a fixed-scope proposal within 48 hours so you know the exact number before committing.

• Do you discount for early-stage or pre-seed startups?+

  Sometimes. If you're pre-seed and the project is well-scoped, I'll offer a 10–15% discount in exchange for a public case study + testimonial. Ask on the call.

• Do you work for equity?+

  No equity-only deals. I will consider equity + reduced cash for projects I'm genuinely excited about (a fintech founder I knew, a category I want exposure to). Cash-first, equity-as-bonus is the only way it works for me.

• What if the scope changes mid-project?+

  Two add-rounds free, anything bigger goes through a short change-order doc. I'd rather pause and reprice than ship resentment. Most projects have at least one mid-flight pivot — that's normal.

• Refund policy?+

  The 50% upfront covers research and wireframes. If you cancel after week 1, you keep the research + wireframes — no refund. If you cancel before week 1 starts, full refund minus a $200 admin fee. I've never had to invoke this.

• How do payments work for international clients?+

  Wise, Payoneer, or international bank transfer (SWIFT) — in USD, GBP, or EUR. 50% on signing, 50% on final delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Direct wire transfer works for larger projects — ask on the call.

• Do you charge taxes or VAT?+

  I'm based in Pakistan and bill internationally. No US sales tax, no UK VAT on outgoing invoices — you're responsible for any reverse-charge VAT in your jurisdiction if applicable.

• Can I just hire you for a few hours?+

  Minimum engagement is the Design Sprint ($450). For sub-sprint work (a 1-hour critique, a quick prototype review), book the discovery call — those are free and often enough.
